Deeply rooted in the hardware industry with a thorough understanding of upstream and downstream supply chains.
On May 9th, we visited a customer whose factory was jointly established by a hardware factory owner and the owner of a trading company. All of their business comes from the trading company’s channels, and they handle approximately 500–600 RFQs every year.
As the inquiries mainly target overseas markets, the product range is very broad, covering various manufacturing processes such as cold forging, precision machining, welding, grinding, hot forging, casting, aluminum die casting, and more. Surface treatments also include a wide variety of options, such as zinc plating, phosphating, anodizing, and other finishing solutions.
Their products are mainly exported to Europe and North America, which places high demands on supply chain integration, process coordination, and quality consistency. After many years of industry experience and cooperation, the owner has built strong confidence in his ability to integrate hardware supply chain resources and has gained deep knowledge of different metalworking processes. Whether in process selection, cost control, supplier coordination, or quality management, he demonstrates strong overall judgment and execution capability.
This deep understanding of both manufacturing processes and supply chain management enables them to better understand customer needs and earn long-term trust from overseas clients.
