For multi-station cold forming (imported from Taiwan), a complete tooling set typically consists of six dies, and the die cores are made of tungsten steel. Due to the continuous increase in tungsten steel prices, customers who need to develop new cold forming parts will indeed face higher tooling costs compared to before. However, for high-volume projects, we aim to support our customers with a long-term cost-saving approach. Regardless of the initial tooling cost, once the order quantity reaches 1,000,000 pieces, we will refund the tooling cost in full.
