we are cold forged parts (cold formed parts) and CNC parts for automotive, they are mostly used for transmission system, brake system, door system, chassis system, suspension system.

All components are custom made based on drawings or samples

 Commonly used materials include C1010, C1020, C1035, C1045, 10B21, 40Cr. Some products even require heat treatment to achieve a grade of 6.8 or 8.8.

The surface treatments for automotive products usually include zinc-nickel alloys, or the requirements of the Volkswagen standard electroplating, or the Ford standard electroplating, or the Volvo standard electroplating, etc.

We are capable of providing high-precision, high-strength products fully customized to meet customer requirements. For example, some parts may not require threads, but we ensure that the inner bores are manufactured with a smooth finish; some external threads may require 8–12μm plating while still strictly complying with go/no-go gauge standards.

In terms of tooling and mold design, we focus not only on meeting product strength requirements but also on saving material, which significantly reduces procurement costs for our customers.
